“Door jam’s were not very detailed and whatever was used on the doors, in particular the plastic behind the door handle, turned the black plastic to a splotchy grey color. Tried Mothers Back to Black and it did not work. Appears to be permanent. ”

“I deserve another car detail at no cost. My headliner was not spot cleaned, the engine was not wiped down (leaves and sticks still under hood), there is still bug guts on the hood and front end (i dont think it was waxed at least not well), there is still ashes by the seats and grass by the pedals. Which makes me think the carpet wasnt cleaned. Ive paid $200 for a car to be detailed before to other places and they were pristine! This looks exactly like when I clean it myself. Not what I expect for $200. So how are you going to fix this? ”

“Was expecting my car to be ready closer to the 3 hour mark as stated in the description of my package, but it was done in two. I also noticed after a closer inspection that the trunk wasn’t touched and my waterproof floor mats weren’t washed, just vacuumed. I also thought the rims could have been worked on a little longer. Just my opinion for as much money as I paid. Also it didn’t help that it rained the very next day! Very sad!!”

“I am honestly in awe that you can say you're going to charge someone 79$ and than go and charge 105$. That wasn't even the start because I'm okay with paying if that job was done well, but far from good it was. My seats were full of dirt after they "vacuumed" I told them not to worry about the trunk so maybe you'd think that they would focus more on the interior wrong . Horrible service beyond upset and never using this service again . As a matter of fave I don't think I'll ever recommend them to anyone. Mobile gas station will give a better car wash for $8 ”
