“Gentleman was VERY nice and polite. However, there are a few areas to address. After I tipped him and he left, I was putting stuff back in the car and realized the front passenger floor mat was ripped about 2-3 inches. Also, under the back seat was not vacuumed. I will try to upload pictures if possible.Being that this was given as a gift, I want to make sure my mom was getting her money’s worth. ”

Inside he didn’t clean all of the gear shifter, he didn’t clean the inside of the back window (still had streaks and kids’ finger prints) and left a big sticky spot in the cup holder as well as on one of the runners in the back. Overall I wouldn’t pay over $200 for the service. ”

“The protectant on the tires was uneven. Inside windshields has not cleaned evenly still showing streaks. Piece of paper was left under right front seat. ”

“I made an appointment last week to have my car detailed on 4/21. I was given a window of 2-4pm. No show, no call. I called at 5pm. 30 minutes later, I was finally told there was a 3 hour delay. I was told someone would be at my house by 8am.4/22. Before 8am, I was sent a text telling me someone would be at my house between 8 and 9am. At 9am I called. I was told they would be here "in nine minutes". I said at 9:20, I would be making alternate They didn't show until 9:17. They did an ok job, but only exposed surfaces-not the console, not the trunk. If no one was going to show between 2-4pm that first day I should have been called. I should not have been told someone would be at my home by 8am if you could not deliver. At the very least, I think some form of apology should have been made. But you have wasted my time and exhausted my patience. I doubt there is anything that could fix this at this point, but I will note that no one even tried. I will not be using you guys again. ”
