“I want a FULL REFUND or the entire service redone. First, you cancel on me TWICE for confirmed appointments. First time, technician doesn’t even show up. I call 30 mins after he’s supposed to be here and customer service says he’s no where to be found. So I reschedule. 20 minutes before my new appointment I get a text saying there are equipment issues. Then I reschedule AGAIN. Yesterday he was supposed to be here from 2-4. Well after calling customer service twice, 4:40 rolls around and I finally get the email he’s here. Except he’s nowhere to be found. I live in a big apartment complex, but he made no attempt to call me. So I have to SEARCH for him, and when I finally found him, after being 45 mins late, I find him sitting in the van playing on his phone. FINALLY he starts the service. He doesn’t finish until about 6:30. Sun was down, so I though the job was done fine. But I see now THERE ARE STREAKS ALL OVER MY CAR. The job is AWFUL. I have pictures. Call me ASAP. ”

“He was on time, was very courteous, but missed a couple spots on the outside, the product he's using on the leather seats didn't leave a noticeable improvement in how they looked. He did an excellent job on my chrome wheels, they were a mess. Overall I would use him again!”
