“Very unsatisfied with the entire experience. The gentleman who detailed my car not only ran the battery down to where i needed to call AAA to jump start the car but because he couldn't move the car from under trees where he parked it, the outside is absolutely filthy with droppings off of the trees and it looks dirtier than before he started.. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and I will cancel my American Express payment it it is not rewashed!”

“They did a great job on the interior of both cars. The SUV doesn't feel like it has been clay barred. It should have that smooth glassy feeling and it doesn't quite get there. I do think he added a wax but I think it was part of the "waterless wash". The jag gets glayed and waxed once a month so you wouldn't know if it had or not.
