“Technician called to say he would not arrive until 3:00 pm, then called again to push the time back to 4:30 or to Saturday morning at 7:00 am. Both times were bad but we chose 7:00 am. We have no complaints about the cleaning that was performed, but they did use our water and power to do the job. That's okay - just good thing we had nearby outlets. The technicians then asked for payment in cash. When we provided a credit card, he claimed he could not run it because it contains a chip. He then asked for payment by check. We refused and offered to call Customer Service to pay by phone. He then said he could key in the card numbers but it would take 30 days for him to get paid. He then gave us a business card for his own detailing service (Aeyes Detailing,) We felt that he was attempting to treat us as a cancellation so he could get the entire fee.”
