“The car detailer, Ryan was an hour late, he did not clean some of the compartments. The leather chairs were not cleaned properly, debris in cracks were not removed. There was still human hair in some areas. Ryan did a good job cleaning: two carpet stains, stain on one seatbelt, and some stains on headline were removed nicely. I will not be using this service again. ”

“Overall he did a great job. I had to leave for doctor appt before he was done due to emergency. I wasn't back in time to see the end result. I could still see spots on the windows and some streaking on my leather seats. Overall for almost a $400 job I expected interior to look a little better but I admit I'm very picky.”

“Hi, I used your platinum service a couple weeks ago when you came to our company for detailing service. I selected one of the expensive services and left a good tip, but I don't feel like I got a quality service. They did condition the seats and the exterior looks good, but there were many untouched areas. The windows weren’t really cleaned, I had to clean the front window with a napkin before I started driving home as there were big spots on it; the side mirror was left dirty from the cleaning product they used, so took a while for me to clean that; back window is still looking dirty. Also, when I gave them the keys, I asked if I should empty the glove box compartment, the mid console, and door pockets, they said they would take care of them, but none of these areas were touched at all, not even vacuumed; mid console wasn’t even wiped from the product, and the stains remain underneath. I wanted to share so you know the employees are not doing a good job, at least in my case.”
