“I expected the super platinum package for my car, as I am planning to sell my car this weekend. The technicichian only spent two hours on my car, when the package says it should take about 4. While looking at the car I had to point out countless things they have missed that are easily spotted. Including the floor mats that were thrown into the trunk only one had been rinsed, the others still with sand and dirt and completely dry. I had to stand there to make him clean it because he wanted to leave for his next job. All of the carpet stains were still there. He said he couldn't get any of them out. However, his friend he brought with him said he could get them out no doubt if I contact him for the cleaning. Not only was nothing cleaned except a quick whip down, but the leather on one of the seats is now rubbed off. This will drastically reduce the value of my car as I sell it. The technician himself told me "I can stay here all day and clean you're car, but I'm not payed hourly"”

They did a phenomenal job on detailing the inside of my Infinity. The person who came out was helpful and super friendly. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again if needed. And the best part....There is NO evidence of nacho cheese left behind or smell!!!!”
