“Technician arrived a little later than I expected. Also had to give provide hot water to technician to clean my car from my job. I have pictures of standing water in my trunk it would have been nice if the technician would have vacuumed out the water. I noticed most of the chemicals were not commercial they look like Dollar Store home cleaners. I have heart failure and I cannot breathe in any kind of mold I was hoping that they had something heavy to kill the germs. I also had to point out a lot of spots that were not cleaned. I will say the technician was very nice polite and courteous. I probably won't be using this service again thank you.”

“Not all of the hood and roof had been buffed etc., leaving one side shiny and the other side shiny but the film is still very visible. Also, the windows were not cleaned well. Still a lot of straks on the inside.”

“The crew didn't finsih. We had to leave a little early and paid the crew before they were done. very disappointed that they didn't spend the time to do wipe 2 door jams and the center console that would take less than 5 minutes.”
