“As I told you in my previous email. Chris the cleaner was very nice and friendly but the stains are still there. I sent you pictures again. Not happy that I spent 2 half days of my vacation and still not resolved. A lot of money with poor results.”

“Some spots weren't cleaned very well and there was an excess of oil inside the car on the seats and everywhere. I had to clean it with a cloth and the cloth came out black.”
