“White residue from the substance that was used was left in the interior of the car, it could be seen on the steering wheel, door panels, and middle console. Also, residue from the was was left on the grill and on some parts of the exterior of the truck.”

“Nothing against the guy that came here, but the reason for my request was to get rid of the smell from someone getting sick in my truck. The fact that the rest of the interior got detailed was a bonus and looks great. But it still stinks! I was told that there was a special solution you use, a "bio" type chemical, to tackle such issues. I paid a lot and don't feel I got what I paid for and for the real reason I contacted you.”
