“Wax left on body and rubber (even after I pointed out several spots). Amor-all on Windows. Windshield hazy and smeared. Headlights not cleaned, hazy with residue. Sun visors (up side) not even touched. Still dirty after I pointed it out to tech. Some wheels clean, some wheels not (large obvious dirty patches inside rim and on spokes). Interior spotty from armorall over-spray. Some rubber and plastic bits treated, some not (for example, half the length of a door gasket, but only half). Armor all pooled in some areas, completely missing in other parts of same surface. Trunk was supposed to be shampooed but obvious light dirt and debris remain. Debris left in vents. I'm not a very picky guy, but I've had far better service for 1/4 the price. I spent $300 cash (your tech had no card reader) had to pick up the garbage he left in my driveway, wipe off wax & clean the windshield. It's like he went through the motions and never took a step back to actually check his work. ”

“I purchased this service for my daughter's birthday and anticipated an outstanding detailing, in light of the $209.00 fee and your advertisement for the Platinum package. Following are her comments: "Good morning! Well it looks better but not as good as I was hoping. A lot of the stains are still on the seats and there's this gummy stuff on the outside that's been there for awhile and they didn't get it off. I do not think it was as good as the other guy. It seems like they just vacuumed and didn't shampoo the interior." The "other guy" referred to is an independent detainer who moved out of the state. His price was $125.00 and I was expecting more professionalism from your Company, not worse. James Lochead”

“This is my wives car and I wanted to surprise her. She is going to visit family and I wanted her car detailed. To my surprise, I had to get out the detail spray and remove water marks, I don't think wax was ever applied in those area's. As I was removing the water marks, I noticed the none of the chrome on the back end of the car had not been touched. It was as dirty as before the washing. None of the exhaust chrome tips were done, so I had to do it myself. I kept noticing that the guy performing the work would lay down the brush he was washing the car with, bush side down on the driveway... that is an absolute NO,NO. In the description of the service I purchased, it specifically say Clay Bar treatment. The service guy told me it did not need it. I don't care what he thought, I wanted what I was paying for. I have detail my cars for years, clay your car twice a years will keep all contaminates in check, whether them are not. Still it was part of the service. interior was done well. ”
