“They called to see if they could come early to which I agreed. They worked steadily and the car looked great for the most part. We had to point out some areas they missed and after they left I found that the front windshield is very streaky.”

“1) They power washed the letters off my car on the back and weren't even going to tell me about it until I noticed. They kept the letters except one is missing. It will cost me $150 to have the letters reapplied.
2) They didn't clean the back seat mats, but rather turned them upside down and just put them back in the car.
3) The front windshield had several spots that they didn't clean.”

“Technician showed up on time. Office notified me by phone as to his arrival. Tech was friendly, easy to work with, and completed exterior detail in a timely fashion. The only reason I didn't give a rating of 5.0 is that he didn't do a perfect claybar treatment - there were a few (small) areas where I could still feel contaminants. Most of the car (90-95%) however, was glass-smooth, so I didn't ask him to re-treat - I sometimes do claybar myself, so I knew I could fix the troublesome areas in 10 minutes.”

“THE CAR LOOKS GREAT CONSIDERING IT IS THE ORIGINAL PAINT (24 YEARS OLD) BUT HE FORGOT TO DO THE SECTION UNDER THE CONVERTIBLE TOP THAT HIDES THE TOP WHEN IT IS STORED.
P.S.. i WAS SPECIALLY PLEASED WITH THE WHEELS AND TIRES. i WILL USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN!
