“The technician was incredibly thorough. My vehicle is 20 years old and shows it's age. After detailing was complete, it literally glowed in the carport. 20 year old stains on the upholstery had vanished. I never would have believed that the car would look this good! “When I did the final check I had to point out several areas that were not done well the first time. Your technician seemed to balk that I would even say anything, and he asked me "Is money tight?" like I was being cheap or something, and his additional efforts were minimal and incomplete. As the vehicle finished drying after he left, I found even more areas that were inadequate, and I had to finish several issues myself. I will not be a return customer for your service.”
