“I understand the limitations of this but it would had been very helpful if your technician understood English. It made it very difficult to communicate. In regards to the work it was overall OK as there was residue on all seats that I had to manually wipe myself afterwards. Not typical for an interior detail. Exterior was good.”

“Didn't finish waxing the navigatior, the reason I know the previous wax job in the front of the vehicle still shows film from a previous wax,didn't get the shampoo wash,didn't put the car mats back in the car and on the van the floor mats wasn't vacuumed, my wife had to vacuum them herself! I'm not satisfied with the service what I paid for and tip of almost a hundred dollars, He also was taking care of her personal business while doing the detailing and mistaken sending me text on my phone that was intended for the company he was doing his personal business with.He had no full attention on his job he was doing. I was recommended by someone at work. POOR Service, NEVER AGAIN.”

The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is due to late arrival of detailer, who arrived ~2:30 pm, when appointment arrival time was 12-2pm.”
