“The exterior on the Santa Fe is not satisfactory. There are water spots all over even after the so called waxing. And the shine is also not restored.
When I detail my car, I would expect it to be shiny and clean. On your website, it doesn't say anywhere about any special treatment for water spots. So I would assume that with the detailing, it would be covered.”

“The guys ended up doing a decent job but were 15 mins late, went to the wrong house, and brought a 4 ft step ladder for a 12' 10" motorhome. One guy spoke minimal English , the other none. They essentially needed to be babysitted to be sure things in the package were done. Some things, such as the wiping down of the engine compartment were not done but after 6 hrs of babysitting, I just wanted them done. ”

“Appt: times made would be nice if on time, or no later than 30 mins. lol Time is just as valuable to one as it is to the other. No on my way calls, and it be 1 1/2 hrs later. It was bad traffic during my visit, Do they not have cell phones of their own?”
