“My car looks a lot nicer. However, the leather wasn’t clean - milk stains, other liquid stains, an occasional small piece of dried food we’re still there. I took a Clorox wipe to it and got much of it off. I drive a very old car and certainly don’t expect it to be new,, but for the price ($119 + tip), I do not expect to be able to easily wipe soil off the seats / plastic. ”

“The technician did an ok job. However, spending $200 for an interior detailing I should have been wowed. There were areas in the cracks and crevices that were still dirty and found a pen in an unclean area behind the back seat. The technician did say just to let him know the areas I was unsatisfied with, and he would take care of them, but I was upset with the lack of attention to detail and did not want him to continue. This would have been fine for a regular cleaning but I was expecting more. ”

“Tech was very polite and professional. Did a great job and was on time. He missed some minor spots which isn't a big deal but that's why I gave a 4.5 to his defense, it was cold and outside so I understand. He took his time and did an overall excellent job. ”
