“He did an AMAZING JOB on both cars! We’re very happy...”

“Technician showed up on time and began work immediately. He was completed with the Gold package in just over an hour. It was an overcast rainy day so final inspection was fast and we said looked okay. The next morning when the cloud cover burned off, it was horribly obvious that there was lots of area's missed. The interior was shiny, but had lots of excess product making it slimy to touch. The rims had been washed on the outer most surface only, none of the dirt / grime had been removed inside the "spokes".. The interior windows were worse after the detail than before. It looks as though a wet towel was wiped on the interior of all windows and left really nasty streaks on every window. (Have tried to get pictures to capture, but hard to catch the amount of streaks on interior window.). Overall not very satisfied that we paid $144 total for this job and will have to spend more time to clean our own windows and rims. ”

“The guy who did the detailing conducted himself in a professional manner. He was personable and respectful. He seemed to have a good understanding/knowledge of his duties- he was able to answer all of my questions. He did a nice job on the interior of my truck. My only complaint is that he missed a cleaning the ceiling of my truck. The lighting in my garage was not the greatest(it was beginning to get dark when he arrived). Everywhere else is clean except ceiling. How do I go about getting the ceiling of my truck cleaned? ”
