“It wasn’t as good as last time. There are still some spots on the seats and headliner that are surface/water spots. I don’t feel like the seats were shampooed well at all- maybe a glancing swipe. I went outside right after getting the notice the job was completed and the seats aren’t even damp. Last time I was super impressed and ordered the same package this timealong with exterior detailing. I’m disappointed. The job today would have been great if it had been the detail package under $100- but not the $169!”

“Technician was very punctual, my car was very dirty and he managed to leave very clean. Compared to how my car was it’s 110% cleaner. They did the job in a timely fashion, I am very satisfied with with the work and will definitely be calling them again. ”

“Detailer was very good. Your online scheduling system was, in my case, horrible.twice I waited response to scheduling requests several days away-- nearly a full day later I was told "not available -- try again. I called prior to second requirement, but still got rejected. Third time , with a week's lead time, worked. You need to make this more customer-friendly”
