“I get details 1 or 2 times per year. Decided to go mobile due to not wanting to find a ride or call a cab while it was being done. Did a very good job with interior except glass. HUGE spots in ALL corners of windshield and on hatch glass that your eyes go right to and you can't stop looking at them. Will have to clean them again myself. Side mirrors were not clear. Passenger side power mirror was somehow pushed so far inward it won't function in or out just up or down now . I now have a larger water spot on headliner than before detail. Wax as done but no dressing at all on plastic/rubber outside of car besides tires. Tech arrived 45 min outside of 2 hour scheduled window. Was unable to walk out to inspect post detail due to my work environment so asked him to lock the keys in the vehicle when it was completed.. Trusted the basics of detailing and came out to find my floor mats stacked in a pile beside my drivers door. Will not be a return customer. Will go to established shop!!”
