“my guy was late car broke down (not his fault) didn't start til almost 7pm finished around 9pm. it was dark and the car looked ok, but the next morning i spent 20 minutes cleaning the glass, getting all the bugs off the grill, the hood was dirty, the back of the car was not vacuumed well. My package was to include all the plastic in the car to conditioned as well as the seats and they weren't, there is still dust on the top of the dash and the arm rest still had water marks not wiped or conditioned. The guy was super nice, he was just really rushed because of the dark, i did let him bring the car in the garage that was lit, but i didn't get a real look until the next morning. I feel like a really over paid for what i got. Is there anything we can do to make it right?”
