“I had an appt window of 12-2pm but my tech couldn't get to me until 6pm because he was tied up on another vehicle. I could not reschedule cuz I had no time and needed it done. From what I saw last night it looked really good but it was dark. I noticed this morning that there were a few spots missed. Maybe cuz it was dark... idk but I was mostly dusappointed for the 4-6 hr delay. I'm usually a pretty understanding person but I think maybe another tech should have been sent if he knew he was going to be that late”
