“The car was somewhat clean when the tech started on it and I think that lent itself to shortcuts being taken. Regardless the condition of the car at the start I expected the full treatment for my $155.00. Additionally, I received multiple updates on arrival time, the last of which was 11:15. The tech ultimately arrived closer to 11:45. I would hesitate to become a repeat customer.”

“tech ran out of Purple power degreaser and did not complete doors, told me I could buy the degreaser and complete the job. Paid full price. terrible way to run a business and poor customer service. I would not expect a painter to come to my home, run out of paint, and then tell me to buy the paint and complete the job. Will not use your service again. Not the way to do business.”
