“He took 5.5 hours and it still wasn't all the way clean. I have pictures of the floors that still had stuff in the mats. I had to have him wipe the inside of the door down again at the end because it was still dirty along with the backs of the seat. the trunk mat still had sand on it. If he had actually power washed them like I ask him to then there is no way that it would still have sand. He lied and said he did but I watch him not be able to start his power washer and so he just tried to hosed them off. For how much I paid for this service the car should be spotless especially after more then 5 hours!! I am shocked that I still need to clean the mats after the fact and that the interior isn't even all the way cleaned. I am honestly confused as to why it took him this long to get it not all the way clean. It was in way worth the amount of money that we paid for this service. I even discussed these disappointments with the guy and he didn't want to talk about it or fix it.”
