“My God it was beyond perfection. We have never ever had such perfection not even in SF. This person did quality work. Top qualitity and that is an u derstatnent. Plus a very gracious person. . A total gem. When we call you next time we expect this same oerson. We could not get better quality . We would rate him at least a 20 on a one to ten scale . Ten is not high enough”

“They really did not clean the car very well. I was pretty upset, I could do a better job in 30 minutes. This service was not worth it. They thought they did a fantastic job, I asked them to re-do the interior and they were done in 5 minutes. It seems like I inconvenienced them. Was this just a bad contractor, or is this the expectation for service?”
