“Asked for interior only and the headlights. Exterior done and NOT the headlights. Estimate was $279. Charge was $301 and change. Cash. I tipped $50. $350 total. Not the quality as the last detail two years ago. I believe I could have got the same as my local car wash. Retired senior citizen on fixed income. ”

“roof was left unwiped or waxed and dried bird poop and water spots all over it, the tires and wheels were cleaned but not dressed. interior windows were not cleaned nor was the interior tailgate window cleaned. some visible interior door metal in tailgate still has mud around it. Some work was done well but missing the entire roof and other items? I tipped the technician $50 cash, but I should have looked beyond the quick look.
I do not expect perfection i can cope with some parts overlooked but not easily visible stuff and not things promised on the gold package I bought. good but fare from B or A level work. i should have taken the car to dealership or other drop-off and return location in the area.”

“Service was good. Window was 8-11 and they were calling my phone at 6:22 AM and arrived before 7 AM because they had a busy day. Wasn’t happy about that. ”
