“My first time overall experience was pretty good. He arrived on time. He took his time with the cars
Both of them could of had a li6 more love on the wax job
Especially the kind of money that I invested in both cars, on the wax and detailing job.. Also I was supposed to get a leather conditioning on the black 300s Chrysler. And also buff out some of the scratches in both cars. But other then that in my opinion ,not my wife, both of my vehicles look pretty good.”

“Car was scratched, tech said wasn’t him . Area manager did offer to fix scratch but
His lead tech tried and couldn’t repair. The lead tech did say it was done by a belt buckle, or button on pants while trying to clean back window.
He was supposed to text manager to let him know but have not heard back”

Technician promised to get ALL PET HAIR OUT AND OF COURSE I GAVE HIM A LARGE TIP FOR THAT
I sent pictures to customer service so let’s see what happens with their customer service
I hope they are better than the people I already spoke with
They said I needed to pay more for pet removal then why did detailer say he would get it out
I would have paid more
