“I would use less Armor All on the steering wheel the gas pedal and the brake pedal and also on the steps of vehicles if they have them they get way too slippery nearly killed myself getting out of my jeep. Windows and tires could have been clean more but overall my Jeep looks great”

“My center console drink holder was the primary reason for requesting the service. It had some soda spilled there and was slightly sticky. They not only didn’t clean it, it wasn’t even opened to clean. Same with the backseat drink holder. There were spots that i easily wiped away on my seats, there was a Bobby pin left on the front driver’s floorboard, the vacuuming or cleaning did not happen on the backseat as there were still visible crumbs (minor, my car was not a mess to begin with) on the backseat and one quick run with a vacuum or cloth would clean it up easily. They didn’t even clean the seats. I am requesting a 50% refund as only 50% of my car was addressed. I have taken pictures. I was unable to be there at the close of the service as I trusted their ability to clean the car. I was visiting my mom in the hospital and could not be there for the service. This was not what I expected. I am not a particular person. But needed just the standard cleaning ability and didn’t get it. ”
