“Immanuel arrived 40 minutes after the 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. arrival window. The rear hatch door seal had some clearly visible dirt remaining in one of it crevices. He didn't do any "dressing" on the exterior plastic trim on the rocker panels and elsewhere. He implausibly indicated that he wasn't sure that the "Platinum" detailing included that item. I showed him a screen print for the service showing this was to be done, He then applied the dressing, over-spraying it on the garage floor, causing me slip and almost fall later on. Sand remained on the carpet between the gas pedal and the drive-train hump. When I pointed this out and asked "Don't you have a crevice tool?" I was astonished to hear him say "No". Then he made a useless effort to remove the dirt by wiping it with a cloth. I told Immanuel that I was annoyed by his failure to rectify the easily visible, granulated dirt by the gas peddle. He seemed unconcerned and left with only a $5 tip of the $20 I was prepared to give.”
