“The tech that came was very nice, and the interior looks good. Some people have vices, mine is getting my cars detailed and when I checked out my truck up close when the tech had left I was really just sad. I was charged $550.00 and got a good car wash and clean interior. I never mind paying a premium on something as long as I get what I pay for. I know it is a big truck and the tech was here for several hours, so I thought I would just get charged for what was done and I would have been just fine with that, But I was charged for the Titanium Detail Package and $25 extra for the polymer Sealant. 1)The roof was not done and is still rough to the touch. 2)The engine compartment wasn't even touched. 3)The headliner wasn't spot treated and still had hand marks. 4)The hood of the truck was still rough to the touch. 5) The car was not clay prepped. 6) The car was not compounded 7) I don't no if the wax was put on or the polymer sealant. some parts are shiny with dirt underneath and swirls.”

“I don’t know his name but he took his time and great job!I know it’s cheaper to go to a car wash but half the time I’m never satisfied with what they did and they don’t do my trunk or get the dog hair out plus you have to wait there forever. I have 3 dogs and I know it’s a pain to get all the hair out but there’s virtually none left! I also tend to have to eat and drink in my car a lot so my front seats get dirty and when they cleaned them up they looked practically brand new. Plus I didn’t have to leave my house!! Highly recommend and will use again. ”
