You send a little lady with her teenage daughter to do my detailing. The lady was telling me the car is dirty because her daughter is learning. I didn't paid for this. My husband started cleaning my car better than the detailers and stated you got robbed. I called your customer service and was told they can't give me the detailer's name because they are a independent contractor. Your website is very deceiving. I didn't get any of the extra treatments I paid for. This whole experience has been a nightmare. ”
