“I didn’t know that pet hair was a huge deal & would cost $40.00 more. I’ve been to you before & recommended you to friends but we all have pets so if the $40. additional is standard, I’ll need to let them know. I couldn’t reach you so told the tech to skip the exterior & that would help to lower the price. He apparently couldn’t reach you either but went ahead and did a basic exterior wash. . Please let me know how much more I owe you. I don’t remember the $40. extra for my last car so I want to be prepared if I come back.. The delay from 2-5 to 5.45 was fine & I actually got some things done so thank you for the heads up!”
