Wonderful job!

Tech was on time, confirmed the service I wanted and asked if there problem areas. Service was completed to my satisfaction and within stated time. My car exterior and interior look new.

Car turned out great. Disappointed the car wasn't washed prior to waxing. The guy showed up with "hole in the water tank" and we didn't have a water hook up on site. Missed out on that!

No leather conditioning done , still dirt on rear seats

I am having trouble restoring the headrests on the back seats. Perhaps the detailer did, too, but perhaps it would have been nice if he mentioned it. Other than that, he was great!

nice people, hard working, arrived on time, did a great job!

The work was done, but the crew was significantly late to the service. My radio, unfortunately, now cannot change volume and is inoperable.

My appointment was for the 10/12 am window, they arrived at 2.30 after a phone call saying they had a flat tire. I was charged $128 and they were here less than an hour. Didn't question the price .
