He forgot some supplies I had to provide. He also forgot his glasses he told me and missed a lot of things.

I was pleased with the work that was done, but not pleased that the technician didn’t show up in a timely manner.. My appointment was scheduled for 12-2 and it was after 3 when he arrived.

On time arrival. Fast Courteous Service. Car looks and smells great. Didn't notice a couple of baked on bird stains they missed until after they left, Otherwise this would have been a 5.0 review.
