“I was overcharged for my service despite questioning the initial and making several attempts to recoup the difference. I spoke to "Chris" numerous times via text messages and left several phone messages to no avail. I don't understand why it is so difficult to return my payment using PayPal, the same method I used to overpay for services as well as pay an additional 20.00 tip. I will NEVER use this company again and will discourage any service member, friend, or colleague I know. ”
