“I have 2 issues that dictates the 3.5. First, I was lied to be someone in the office that called me yesterday and said they couldn't come out st the original date and time because the technician's power washer broke. When I had just gotten a call from technician saying he was stuck in traffic and was concerned about running out of daylight because it was already almost 3pm and it was at least a 2'1/2 hr drive still. We had already agreed on the new date and time because he was up front with me. Second, and BIGGEST issue is i have overspray on my truck that I wanted removed. I noted it on the initial online form and again after techs showed up. He told me no problem, but when they were finished they did not remove the majority of the overspray that is still on my windows and chrome up front. If they would have done what I asked for originally it would have been a 5.”

“When they were leaving, I pointed out that they Left Trash on the ground. I Asked for spray bottle and rag to redo the hubcaps. I said dirt that I could wipe off. He said "rust" yes some rust but I got dirt off. Said 3x that I needed it to look "brand new" and this was my expensive Christmas present from my husband. Asked to get the dead bugs out of the rear window sill. He said he didn't have a brush to reach and the vacuum nozzle was too large. Back end of work van smelled of pot. On a better note, they were polite, and did a better job than I could have done. I gave them each a tip for working in such cold conditions. Sorry, but this was way too expensive for being this frustrated and disappointed. I had texted 2 times this am asking if it was too cold to work outside. No answer. The young men said that no one is in the office after mid morning”

“Trash was left outside the car, the mats for one of the cars were not replaced back in to the car they left their extension cord here”
