“Weather did play a part, but timing of arrival for the detail was delayed by 2 days, tech arrived to perform a complete detail on a 32' fith wheel rv, bi job, by himself, he had no ladder, his equipment was less than worthy, he even had to borrow items from me to get started, (extension cords, a buffer, knowing it was part of the package)... Most of what I witnessed he was working with 1 hand while on his cell phone, poor workmanship... Its Mid July in Texas, he didn't have drinking water, we supplied that along with snacks...ugh. And even after I asked numerous questions about the finished job, which looks like crap, I had to remind the tech of what was to be done. I had to move the rv, due to HOA rulings, but the job was never completed to our satisfaction, there's still a wax/ buff compound all over the camper, and the tech burnt off decals in numerous spots, and acting as is there was nothing he could do, and we were charged the full price, which is not approved.”

“Gentleman was VERY nice and polite. However, there are a few areas to address. After I tipped him and he left, I was putting stuff back in the car and realized the front passenger floor mat was ripped about 2-3 inches. Also, under the back seat was not vacuumed. I will try to upload pictures if possible.Being that this was given as a gift, I want to make sure my mom was getting her money’s worth. ”
