“My car looks great. The problem is that the technician spent the majority of the time he was cleaning my car loudly arguing with someone over the phone. He was swearing - I heard him scream “fuck you” and “fucking” at least 15 times. It was 8 am and we live in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of children. I couldn’t hear him at first because I was in the back of the house. My 11 and 12 year olds came to tell me that there was someone “fighting and swearing” in our driveway. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. ”
