“Hi, I had booked for 10 AM but the person came around 12:35 PM. There was a communication from Detail.com but that was based on my repeated calls to 888-923-3824. I was also told that there could be some discount (subject to the manager approval) because of the lateness. The car detailing person did not speak or understand English at all which things a bit difficult. He seemed happy that I offered him fruits as it was lunch time. Would appreciate any discount.
