“The technician arrived outside the original scheduled time frame, but once he arrived he got right to work and didn’t stop for almost 4 hours.
The interior and exterior came out better than I expected and our car looks brand new again. I will absolutely be using this service again in the future.”

“Car had mildew smell and it is still very much present. Interior is clean looking but smell has not dissipated at all. With a charge of an extra $87.00 as TIP I’m very dissatisfied. Paying almost $500.00 for this issue to resolved is damn near criminal. ”

“While the tech did his best, he showed up at 5:00 pm not 2 pm, and he showed up in the cold and dark with no provision for lights. He spoke virtually no English and was difficult to communicate with. I felt sorry for him. ”
