“My center console and cup holders were not cleaned at all. No attempt to even wipe it down. Also there is a black dust/powder on my back seats and inside of my passenger door and some other spots. Outside looks clean for most part but still has sticky stuff and bugs on the back bumper and some black smudges. ”

“Duane was on time. We provided water and electricity though Duane had those services. Upon inspection Duane stated that 40.00 would allow for the pet hair. Payment was discussed and cash was his preference as he had forgotten the credit card reader. The Toyota had plastic flooring. He completed the Toyota and I allowed the use of a 4 seasons polishing compound to the clay bar. He forgot to apply the plastics solution to the mirrors & bumpers. Duane completed the truck but was hurried due to his other appointments. He had provided that both trucks would be completed in 3 hours. He complained about the dog hair though 85% of the carpet is covered by Weathertech mats. I again allowed the use of the polishing compound to the clay bar. He did get the tires shine on but forgot the exterior plastics solution on my truck. Duane finished in about 4.5 hours and I ran errands to assist though he did not ask this of me. We will continue our plan to detail the trucks monthly.”
