“The crew did a fine job. I'm glad they finally showed up even though seven hours beyond the scheduled time. The problem was they kept calling, when answered the phone failed which they assumed to indicate 'no one home'. They didn't move on to the second phone number given. I had asked that there be no prior call. This was ignored four times.”
