“Ryan did a very good job cleaning the carpet and seats, however I am very disappointed with the items he did not clean per our agreement ,
The windows were not cleaned inside or out.
The head liner was not cleaned.
The door jams were not cleaned.
No signs or interior UV protection applied.
I am very disappointed in the service I received and will not be a returning customer unless some sort of resolution can be agreed upon.”

“The last time we used this service our car looked and smelled brand new. This time I am very disappointed. There is still debris all over my car, ash tray not wven touched, dust in the vents, and it does not smell better. For almost 200 I am very disappointed. ”

“He arrived on time..but it was not 159 detail. He didn't vacume the hatch. He would not have treated the leather seats had I not reminded him. He argued with me about payment. I had to prove to him I rec'd this as a gift....he wanted to collect from me. I had thought of purchasing this same gift for my mom but after this experience she would be better off with Mister car wash.”

“Did a good job overall. However I paid extra to specifically address the carpets, and I'm not sure he even shampooed them. There are several areas that were missed. Outside of that it looked great. Now the car is less than a month old so I don't believe it was that difficult to detail. With that said we had taken it mudding with the top off and I know he had his work cut out for him, Just wish he would have focused on the carpets a bit more. ”
