“The technicians were great. My appointment was changed 2 times in one day. Then it started to rain and they said the machine could not get wet. Parts of the package could not be finished. ”

“The reason for the low score is that a strong chemical odor was caused by the carpet cleaning process of the detailing. I ventilated the vehicle, used baking soda, vacuumed again, and the tech came onsite and used an air circulator product but still the odor remained (not quite as strong but present). I would like to be able to use the service but cannot risk creating major odors in the cars. ”
