“Everything looks pretty good but interior was not completely shampood. Crevices of seats still have debris and dust in them. Did not see technician use any sort of shampooing machine, lots of dust remains in the seats themselves, if I smack the seat a huge plume of dust still comes out. Description of platinum service clearly says interior cloth deep clean and shampoo. A scrub brush and vacuum is not a shampoo of upholstery. Feel I need to pay for someone else to come out and correct the mistakes”
