“The Tech was very polite but the language barrier made it difficult to communicate. He did a great job detailing most of my vehicle. However, he did a poor job with my leather seats and the material on the roof of the interior. I believe I may have ordered the wrong service as I was expecting my leather to be deep cleaned. It looks pretty much the same as before the detailing. In fact I used a damp cloth to remove some soil after he left. I used your company 5 years ago and was very pleased with the results. Unfortunately I am disappointed with todays service. I’m hoping that we could arrange to have someone come out to deep clean my leather seats and the interior roof. Would you please provide me with a quote if this is possible.

“Technician was thorough and made sure to point out how each area that was missed on the original date last week had been corrected. He took before and after pictures which are posted on your site. Only thing that kept it from a 5 was it would have been nice to give a little extra effort to give a complete wash down and drying of the trucks exterior. Giving it that final touch look as would be expected originally. Much better experience this time around. ”

“First time getting my car detailed. The technician was on time and super friendly! My car hasn’t looked this clean since I drove it off the lot 3 years ago! Definitely will be using this service again!”

“Crew was agitated with my girlfriend because I wasn’t home but left her with all the information they needed. “Cleaning” my truck bed was a matter of sweeping all the trash onto my driveway and leaving it there. My windows where left with streaks that I had to rewash. Also on my interior they didn’t move the seats and you can now tell a defined line of where they polished the interior. I leave 2 stars because the paint was cleaned wonderfully but the interior and customer service falls far short of what $350 is worth ”
