“The only thing he redid was the windows in the front of the van not the back. He also did not address the door pockets and the interior. He couldn’t speak English & I was unable to reach anyone to get help. I was told Elmer would be coming with the tech to make sure everything was done correctly. I am a nurse, a RN & it’s very important my car is clean so it can be disinfected radiology ”

“The car is so clean! I'm very happy with how thorough he was.
The reason why I gave a four was because he was 1/2 an hour late from the time given on the day of the service (i was told he'd be there by 3:45). Additionally, he was not wearing a mask. While it is not mandated until tomorrow by the city, I would have liked it if the company took extra precautions and provided their workers with face masks since we are in the middle of a pandemic.”
