“Not what I expected. Thought wax being applied was regular wax not spray wax”

“After the techs were complete and had left for another appointment, I looked over the finished detailing of bike more carefully and noticed several missed spots that were not done to the basic standards expected by motorcycle owners, polish left on chrome and paint in several places and chrome not completely cleaned. I proceeded to apply chrome cleaner again to same areas and the result was very noticeably cleaner than it was finished by techs, it took me about 25 minutes to achieve the results that should have been done the first time. The areas I chrome polished again now look close to new shiny condition I can send before and after photos if needed. I didn’t see the clay bar process being applied on procedure as listed in detail steps.”
