“Manuel was sent late and it started to rain so I told him he could do the work under our carport and moved my car. He was very thorough and courteous and did a marvelous job. He had a lot of equipment in his vehicle to do his work. When he was done I spoke with his supervisor and mentioned my satisfaction with his work. I do not understand to this time about the tax that was added to the $119 interior detailing only. We are in Tennessee and I thought the tax is 9.75 percent and my total quoted is $131.86 and I don't get the math. Please let me know what I really owe and thank you for sending a wonderful young man with perfect work ethics.”

“At best this was a C- job. Had to walk around the truck and point out all of the shortcomings. This was not a $235 job, at best perhaps a $100 detail job. I will spend some time tomorrow completing the job that should have been done today.
Next time send 2 technicians on a job, don't look for any more business from me or those I come in contact with who are looking for a GOOD car detailed.”

“Most lower parts of the car were not washed. The tires were not washed and there was no protectant applied. The wheel wells were not washed along with the mud flaps surrounding them. The black molding at the bottom of the doors was not washed. I just spent an hour wiping down the areas of the car that were not washed. The inside was done well but there was not any protectant applied that I can tell. The inside was already clean so there was not much work to be done. I am a little disappointed in what I paid versus the service I received. ”
