“I asked for the car to be washed.. meaning with water and it wasn’t. I also said that there was no power source to plug into and he plugged into my business place which I didn’t realize until he unplugged it. Every window I had to reclean because of streaks. You can see the streaks in the pictures he submitted. All of the chrome on my car was still dirty. The inside of my windshield was still dirty. For almost $500 I do not at all feel his work met that price point. Whatever chemicals he used to clean my car smelled like a can of spray paint exploded and took 3 days of leaving my windows open to get them out. When I went to use my inside door handle to open the car door there was black stuff on it I didn’t realize there was something on it until I touched my white interior and saw finger prints.”

“You really need to include the tax on price quote! I had planned to tip when I read that tipping was optional. To include a 20% tip on the bill isn’t right. I actually gave him more than 20%, but it should have been my decision since your web site says optional. Workmanship was excellent but I did have a slight problem with the difference in the anticipated bill and the actual cost.”

“Your text nation was very unprofessional. Their streaks all over the camper. Not sure what kind of soap that he used? I was very nice to him. I never raised my voice to him, but I was explaining to him. Why are the streaks all over the camper. It looked like it was dried soap. I took my hand and wiped off some of the streaks. The technician told me that they will come back, which they did not come back, which tells me it was not clean very well. Your technician told me that he was frustrated and he was leaving. The camper looks worse now than it did before. I’ve already filled out one of these reviews on Saturday. If I cannot get this resolved, I assure you that I’ll will let every one that I can know not to use this company again. I’ve already sent pictures on the review I sent in this past Saturday. I’m not a very picky person, but this is unacceptable. Thank you.”
