“Thanks for coming out and taking care of my vehicle.
I don’t often find the time to have the car detailed as often as I should. As far as the cleaning goes, the guy did a great job—missed a few spots, but I’m not picky. However, my prescription sunglasses were broken during the job, and I wasn’t informed about it. I discovered this on my own afterward. It’s not that the sunglasses themselves are a big deal, but it’s the principle of the matter. Mistakes happen—just be upfront about them.
Otherwise, I’d definitely do this again; I’ll just make sure to remove any fragile items from the vehicle next time.”
